| Victor Peeke |
Peeke is a seasoned energy professional with more than 30 years experience in energy sales and marketing. Prior to joining Prime he held a senior position with software vendor Allegro Development’s UK office where he was responsible for international sales of Allegro’s Energy Trading and Risk Management platform.
Peeke has also held senior management positions at energy information vendors Petroleum Argus (now Argus Media), Platt’s and Telerate Energy, and has worked in London, Paris, New York and Singapore. His extensive market knowledge and contacts will be employed in raising Prime’s profile among European and Asian energy companies. He began his career in the industry in 1968 as communications manager for Occidental Petroleum in Libya having previously served in the Royal Air Force for eight years. |

| John Young |
| Having formerly traded oil across the barrel in BP, John focused
on the embryonic fuel and feedstock markets for AOT, Vitol and Neste
(Fortum) playing a leading role in the development of a paper and
derivatives fuel market before establishing a boutique trading company
in the rapidly expanding Russian products industry.
His technical knowledge and experience of creating and trading
innovatively using various physical and derivative instruments provides
both clients and candidates with a robust sounding board for ideas. |

| Jack Carr |
| Jack manages our US operation based
in Greenwich, Connecticut.
His Energy career began trading in petroleum products and feedstocks
in 1981 before moving to the emerging OTC oil and energy markets
with United Fuels and latterly as manager of Traditional Financial
Services' energy division.
Jack has more than 25 years of marketing, trading, and broking
experience in the petroleum products, power, natural gas and coal
industries which is invaluable to clients and candidates who benefit
from the input of someone who understands the skills necessary to
succeed in a career in the energy industry. |

| Graham Hilton |
| Graham brings twenty years experience to Prime having
excelled in a variety of roles in the oil business from strategic
marketing in London with BP to oil broking and then trading in London
and Houston.
Returning to Europe he headed up the marketing and operations of
Coastal's Estonian logistical assets before becoming MD of a global
bunkering operation in London.
His extensive range of contacts made during his diverse career
brings invaluable information and ideas to the portfolio of services
offered by Prime Energy Partnership. |
